Onda

You stand on a beach. Beneath your feet are an infinity of small stones; above you tower limestone cliffs and beyond that a bright sun in a blue sky.

You come as a petitioner. There is an ancient power here, they say, that can grant impossible wishes.

Onda is a mysterious (and system-neutral) place of power for a fantasy roleplaying game. It was loosely inspired, for JAM THIS ALBUM! Vol. 3, by the Corsican folk song “O Onda,” as performed by Savina Yannatou and the ensemble Primavera en Salonico on the album Mediterranea: Songs of the Mediterranean.
